What are your main products?
Standard/mini/large claw machines, dual-player cranes, themed cabinets, prize ball grabbers. Options for coin, bill, membership card, and QR/mobile top-up (where available).
What is the lead time?
In-stock: 3–7 days
Standard production: 10–15 days
Deep customization: 15–30 days after design approval
Shipping by sea/air/rail/express; terms EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP.
What warranty and after-sales service do you provide?
12-month warranty on the whole machine and lifetime technical support. Key parts (mainboard/power/motors) are covered within warranty; consumables are excluded. Video guidance, remote diagnostics, and quick-ship spares within 48–72 hours for common items.
Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes. We customize cabinet color, LOGO & decals, lighting effects, UI languages/voice, prize bin size, decorative shells, payment systems, etc. Please provide vector LOGO (AI/CDR) before production.
Do you support different voltages, plugs, and languages?
Yes. 110V/220V selectable; US/EU/UK/AU plugs. Default English UI; multi-language UI/voice packs available on request.
Which payment/top-up systems can be built in?
Standard coin acceptor; options for bill acceptor, IC/magnetic membership card systems, QR/mobile pay (region-dependent). We can preset price/coin ratio before shipment.
Can I adjust claw strength and timing?
Yes. Claw force, travel speed, play time, price per play, prize rail width and more are adjustable in the service menu so you can tune for prize size and venue strategy.
What is the typical service life and maintenance?
With proper operation and routine care, claw machines commonly last 6–8 years. Keep rails and claw clean, check wiring/power, and replace wear parts regularly to maintain smooth grabs.
How do you package and test the machines?
Each unit passes full function tests and a 24-hour burn-in before packing. Export packaging uses foam + wrap + export wooden crate for safe long-distance transport.
